Race week
- Keep your runs short and easy.
- Nothing new on race day. Wear shoes and kit you have already run in.
- Eat and drink what you are used to.
- Check the start time and how to get there on the official race site.
- Start at a pace you can hold. The pace calculator shows your km splits.
- If you are ill or injured, get advice from a doctor or physio before you race.
