With incredible support from the locals who line the streets, the whole town comes out to cheer you on as you make your way around and through this gem of a town, with entertainment and cheer stations along the route to keep you motivated.Whether you're looking for your first half marathon challenge, a perfectly timed event to fit your spring marathon training, or simply a very special race day experience, the Hastings Half Marathon ticks every box. Sign up today to conquer the hills and capture the glory!The Claremont Mini RunThis is a highlight of race day. Our 2km Mini Run is available for those aged 7 - 16 and will take place at 10:55 after the main race has started. It is a point to point race with the finish in a different location from the start. Parents are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring that they are safe. To this end, parents may want to race with their aspiring racer especially if they are younger. Please note, only our junior participants will receive medals. Alternatively, parents may want to arrange for someone to meet their child at the finish line.The race will start on the upper promenade level with breakwater 29, opposite Moreton Mansions, approximately 200m west of Hastings Pier. The race will finish at the main Half Marathon finish (on Sea Road).Hastings Half Heroes EntryA Heroes Entry includes a £10 donation to the Hastings Lions Club to help support local charities and worthy causes. This donation is invaluable to the work these charities do in our community.
