The classic, only backwards. This version is for those who want to break the back of the challenge early on. If you can face a 31km run on New Years Day (for those joining us in January) then you're well on your way. Early in day 5 you'll tick over the 25% mark and you'll run fewer kms in the last week than you do each day between the 1st to 4th. The challenge is managing fatigue and injuries when going out so hard in the first weeks of the challenge, you don't want it to be over before it's begun. The reward will be when you're coasting to success at the end of the month.
